The invention discloses a multipurpose ceiling plate with reflection, sound absorption and illumination effects. The multipurpose ceiling plate comprises a ceiling shell composed of a hard reflection panel and a semitransparent plate, wherein the ceiling shell is of a plane structure or is provided with an inclination angle; a connecting piece is embedded in the upper surface of the ceiling shell and connected with a hanging bar through a bolt; the hard reflection panel is composed of a metal plate or a wood plate or a plastic plate or a glass plate; the lower surface of the ceiling shell is composed of the semitransparent plate; a sound absorption material and an illumination lamp tube are arranged in the ceiling shell; a fixing plate is installed below the top face in the ceiling shell. The sound absorption material is arranged in a cavity formed by the fixing plate and the top face of the ceiling shell; and the fixing plate is provided with an open hole.
