The invention provides a foldable pre-burying device for pre-burying a shear-resistant groove. The foldable pre-burying device comprises concrete, first steel plates, second steel plates, first hinges, second hinges, fixing rods, foundation bolts and buckles. The first steel plates and the second steel plates are connected through the first hinges to form a rectangular frame. The second steel plates are connected through the second hinges; the fixing rods penetrate through the middles of the first steel plates; the rectangular frame is pre-buried in the concrete; the foundation bolts are pre-buried in the two sides of the rectangular frame; and the fixing rods and the foundation bolts are fixed through nuts. The utilization rate of a shear box can be improved by using steel plate materials; the fixing rods and the buckles are additionally arranged, when the concrete is poured, the shear-resistant groove is prevented from floating and deviating, and the pre-burying accuracy and precision of the shear-resistant groove are guaranteed; after the fixing rods are removed, the anti-shearing groove box is very easy to disassemble, and the anti-shearing groove box can be easily taken out by lightly knocking the side edges of the anti-shearing groove box; and the installation is convenient, fast, safe and reliable, after being used, the device can be folded and recycled, so that the repeated utilization rate is high.
