The invention discloses a device for preventing a mechanical parking equipment vehicle from moving accidentally. The device comprises a vehicle carrying plate and a charging pile, wherein the vehicle carrying plate is provided with a rear vehicle stopping device and a front vehicle assembling device; the front vehicle assembling device has a telescopic function; the charging pile is internally provided with a relay, a self-resetting cover plate, a socket, a detection sensor and a shell; the socket is installed on the shell; the self-resetting cover plate covers the socket; the detection sensor is arranged on one side of the socket and located below the self-resetting cover plate and used for detecting whether the self-resetting cover plate is opened or not; a coil of the relay is connected with the detection sensor in series; and a normally open contact of the detection sensor is connected with the front vehicle assembling device in series. After the socket of the charging pile is opened from the self-resetting cover plate, the relay detects that the self-resetting cover plate is in an open state through a cover plate sensor, the relay controls the front vehicle stopping device to pop up, the front vehicle stopping device and the rear vehicle stopping device cooperate to limit displacement of the vehicle, safety is improved, and the vehicle is prevented from moving accidentally in the charging process.
