The tower-attached pipeline is horizontally installed on the ground by more than 90%. According to the method, the difficulty of ultrahigh torch hoisting construction is reduced, the safety coefficient in the construction process is improved, the construction efficiency is obviously improved, the engineering construction quality can be better inspected, managed and controlled, and meanwhile, compared with a traditional torch hoisting construction method, the construction cost is reduced to some extent, and the construction cost is not additionally increased.
