According to the easily-sliding door and window, through a toothed plate, a toothed rod, the third bevel gear, a second bevel gear, a toothed ring, and a first gear, a second gear rotates by 180 degrees, so that a second magnet and a first magnet are opposite in heteropole to generate repulsive force, the door and window body is automatically separated from a door, and then people can open the door and window body conveniently.
