The invention discloses a double-layer plastic drainage pipe inner layer pipeline aging repairing device which comprises a machine body. A movement space is formed in the machine body, a control device is arranged in the movement space, a glue spraying space is formed in the left side of the movement space, a glue spraying device is arranged in the glue spraying space, and a replacement shaft is fixedly arranged at the left side of the machine body; a main fixing disc is fixedly arranged at the left end of the replacement shaft and can fix an aged part of an inner-layer pipeline and cut the aged part, and then the device can tear down a cut aged pipe section to enable the aged pipe section to fall into an outer-layer pipeline which only plays a role in heat preservation and does not conduct material circulation; and then the device can place a pipeline which contracts at low temperature in advance at a notch to heat, expand and glue the pipeline, so that the problem that a conventional equal-size replacement pipe section cannot be conveyed into the inner-layer pipeline for repairing is solved.
