The invention provides an automatic water level drainage and alarm control device, and belongs to the technical field of smart home. The device comprises a bathtub body, a vertically-arranged main drainage flow channel is formed in the bottom of the bathtub body, a piston is arranged in the main drainage flow channel, and an automatic drainage mechanism connected with the main drainage flow channel is further arranged in the bathtub body; and the device further comprises a control module which comprises a controller connected with the automatic drainage mechanism. When water is drained into the bathtub body, the water pressure monitoring assembly can be used for monitoring the water pressure in the bathtub and transmitting a water pressure signal to the controller, and when the water pressure signal received by the controller is larger than a preset value, the controller can control the automatic drainage mechanism to drain the water in the bathtub into the main drainage flow channel to be drained, so that automatic drainage is achieved. Therefore, water is prevented from overflowing from the bathtub, a user can be prompted through the drainage prompting assembly, and water resource waste is prevented.
