The invention discloses a suspension type rail station system which comprises a stand column arranged on the ground, a rail beam is arranged above the stand column, and a parking rail used for parking a micro-rail vehicle body is arranged on the rail beam. A lifting rail is arranged on the stand column, a lifting cabin body capable of sliding along the lifting rail is arranged on the lifting rail, and a lifting driving mechanism used for driving the lifting cabin body to move along the lifting rail and enabling the highest point of the lifting cabin body to be flush with the height of the parked micro-rail vehicle body is arranged on the stand column. The micro-rail vehicle body is provided with a vehicle body door for passengers to pass through, and the lifting cabin body is provided with a cabin body door corresponding to the vehicle body door.
