The invention provides an additionally-installed elevator and efficient construction equipment and construction method thereof. The additionally-installed elevator comprises a pit section, a standard section and a machine room section which are each of a rectangular frame structure defined by at least four stand columns, wherein every two tops are connected through cross beams to form a square shape; the bottom of the pit section is fixedly mounted on a foundation, the bottom of the standard section is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the pit section, a half-floor entrance elevator opening is formed in one side of the standard section, and the bottom of the machine room section is fixedly installed at the upper end of the standard section and internally provided with a traction machine; and a lift car, wherein the lift car is vertically and movably arranged through a lift car guide rail in the standard section, the upper end of the lift car is connected with a hoist rope, the other end of the hoist rope is wound around the upper rotating end of the traction machine and then is connected with a balancing weight, and the balancing weight is vertically and movably arranged through a balancing weight guide rail in the standard section. The invention further discloses efficient construction equipment and construction method of the additionally-installed elevator, and aims to provide the modularized, efficient, safe and rapid additionally-installed elevator and the construction equipment and method for old building renovation.
本发明提供了一种加装电梯及其高效施工设备、施工方法，该加装电梯包括：底坑节、标准节、机房节，都由至少四个立柱围合成矩形框架结构，顶部两两之间通过横梁连接形成口字形；底坑节底部固定安装于地基上；标准节底部固定安装于底坑节上端，一侧设有半层入户电梯口；机房节底部固定安装于标准节上端，其中设有曳引机；轿厢，通过标准节内的轿厢导轨竖直移动设置，其上端连接有曳引绳，曳引绳另一端绕过曳引机上转动端后与配重块连接，配重块通过标准节内的配重块导轨竖直移动设置。本发明还公开了该加装电梯的高效施工设备、施工方法，其目的旨在针对旧楼改造提供一种模块化地、高效地、安全快速地加装电梯及施工设备、方法。
