High-strength corrosion-resistant carbon nanotube modified concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-strength corrosion-resistant carbon nanotube modified concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from a silicon dioxide-coated carbon nanotube composite material, and the composite material is prepared through the following steps of (1), adding carbon nanotube powder into deionized water and subjected to ultrasonic dispersion treatment, and preparing carbon nanotube aqueous dispersion; (2) mixing the carbon nanotube aqueous dispersion with a silica sol solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and maintaining the dispersion stability of the carbon nanotubes to obtain a suspension; (3) performing vacuum negative-pressure drying treatment to obtain a solid product; and (4) carrying out ball-milling treatment on the solid product to obtain a product. The process for preparing the silicon dioxide coated carbon nanotube composite material is simple, the dispersion stability of the carbon nanotubes is good, and the strength and the corrosion resistance of the concrete can be high by adding a small amount of silicon dioxide coated carbon nanotube composite material into the concrete.
本发明公开了一种高强度耐腐蚀碳纳米管改性混凝土及其制备方法,该混凝土的原料包括二氧化硅包裹碳纳米管复合材料,该复合材料由以下方法制备得到:(1)将碳纳米管粉末加入到去离子水中,超声分散处理,制备得到碳纳米管水分散液;(2)将碳纳米管水分散液和硅溶胶溶液混合,超声处理,保持碳纳米管的分散稳定,得悬浮液;(3)真空负压干燥处理,得固体产物;(4)对固体产物进行球磨处理,即得。本发明制备二氧化硅包裹碳纳米管复合材料的工艺简单、碳纳米管的分散稳定性好,在混凝土中加入少量的二氧化硅包裹碳纳米管复合材料即可使混凝土的强度高、耐腐蚀性强。
