The invention discloses veneer plywood capable of efficiently adsorbing formaldehyde and a preparation process of the veneer plywood, and relates to the field of plywood preparation. The veneer plywood is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of waste moso bamboo; 180 to 200 parts of coconut shell and 180 to 200 parts of rice husk; 30 to 45 parts of mica powder; 30 to 60 parts of a water-based polymer isocyanate adhesive; 13 to 15 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion; 7 to 10 parts of a composite nano suspension; 20 to 25 parts of lignocellulose; 35 to 40 parts of environment-friendly water glue and 20 to 25 parts of melamine glue. On the one hand, formaldehyde can be effectively adsorbed, the average formaldehyde adsorption amount is 0.95 mg/m<2>, the average formaldehyde purification rate is 97.5%, a remarkable adsorption effect is achieved, the amount of harmful molecules in later gas is small, the desorption amount is only 2.37% of the formaldehyde purification amount even when the indoor formaldehyde reaches the peak value, and a very good formaldehyde stabilizing effect is achieved; the mica powder and the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion are added, so the plywood has good mechanical property, weather resistance, oil resistance and stain resistance, and is easy to clean and good in sanitation property.
本发明公开了一种高效吸附甲醛的饰面胶合板及其制备工艺,涉及胶合板制备领域,本发明由以下重量份的原料制得:废弃毛竹100份~120粉;椰子壳180~200份,稻壳180~200份;云母粉30~45份;水性高分子异氰酸脂胶粘剂30~60份;聚四氟乙烯乳液13~15份;复合纳米悬液7~10份;木质纤维素20~25份;环保水胶35~40份,三聚氰胺胶20~25份。本发明一方面能够对甲醛能够进行有效的吸附,吸附甲醛量平均为0.95mg/m2,甲醛净化率平均为97.5%,具有显著的吸附效果,到后期气体有害分子的量也微小,即使在室内甲醛的达到峰值时,脱附量仅为甲醛净化量的2.37%,具有非常好的稳定甲醛效果,再结合云母粉和聚四氟乙烯乳液的添加,使得胶合板既具有良好的力学性能和耐候性,耐油、防沾污性能,易于清洁、卫生性能好。
