Environment-friendly incineration ash recycling method
The invention relates to an environment-friendly incineration ash recycling method, which belongs to the technical field of incineration ash treatment equipment, and comprises the following steps of: pretreating untreated ash, firstly, carrying out particle screening on the ash, and removing stones, bricks, ceramic fragments, glass fragments and other metal particles; then, treating and removing ferrous metal by using strong magnetic equipment, and after magnetic separation, performing a washing chloride ion removal process on the ash, so that chloride ions and heavy metal are leached out through washing treatment; filtering the ash water subjected to water washing treatment, dehydrating the ash water by filter press equipment to form an ash cake, crushing the ash cake, and heating, baking and dehydrating the ash cake; mixing the pretreated ash with an environment-friendly baking-free brick, putting the stirred mixture into a brick mold, carrying out compression molding by using a hydraulic machine, demolding, and naturally curing to obtain the finished baking-free brick. The method has the characteristics of high utilization rate, energy conservation, environmental protection and good application stability. The problem of how to recycle the incineration ash is solved.
