The invention provides lime comprehensive stabilized soil. The lime comprehensive stabilized soil is prepared from, by weight, 15%-20% of quick lime, 2%-5% of cement and 75%-83% of sludge. The sludge is residual sludge of a water supply plant, and mainly refers to sludge generated after sludge water discharged from a sedimentation tank or a clarification tank in the water supply plant and backwash water of a filter tank are collected and treated. The molding and demolding properties are good, and unconfined compressive strength of soil can reach 0.6 MPa. According to the method, the residual sludge of the water supply plant is recycled, a large amount of sludge disposal cost can be saved, environmental pollution can be reduced, resources can be saved, the lime comprehensive stabilized soil is used as a building material raw material, enterprise benefits can be improved, and huge economic and environmental benefits are achieved.
