The invention discloses a carbonized brick containing industrial calcium slag and a preparation method thereof. The carbonized brick containing industrial calcium slag comprises calcium slag, aggregate, ammonium bicarbonate and water, wherein the calcium slag accounts for 30 parts by mass, and the aggregate accounts for 70 parts by mass. The calcium slag is composed of, by mass, 15-25 parts of stainless steel slag with gamma-dicalcium silicate as a main mineral phase and 5-15 parts of ardealite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying, grinding and sieving the calcium slag; uniformly mixing the calcium slag, the aggregate, the additive and the water, and then pressing and molding the mixture to obtain a green body; and carrying out carbonization maintenance on the green body. According to the scheme, waste is utilized, environmental protection is achieved, and the obtained carbonized brick can be widely applied to constructional engineering.
