The invention discloses a low-temperature co-fired ceramic material with low dielectric loss and a wide sintering process window and a preparation method of the low-temperature co-fired ceramic material. The low-temperature co-fired ceramic material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 50wt%-70wt% of calcium borosilicate lead glass and 30wt%-50wt% of aluminum oxide ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing calcium borosilicate lead glass powder, preparing composite powder, and molding and sintering the composite powder at low temperature. The low-temperature co-fired ceramic material disclosed by the invention has very low dielectric loss, and the dielectric loss of the material measured at 20MHz is between 3 * 10 <-5 > and 8 * 10 <-4 >; meanwhile, a very wide sintering process window is provided, sintering can be carried out between 700 DEG C and 900 DEG C, the sintering densification degree is high, and the co-sintering matching performance with silver paste is good.
