The invention discloses a method for dry press molding of permanent magnetic ferrite. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing a certain amount of permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered fine material, and respectively adding 0.6 wt% of lubricant and 0.6 wt%-10wt% of binder into the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered fine material; and (2) adding the prepared powder into a high-temperature mixer, stirring and mixing for 30 minutes, and uniformly mixing the powder. (3) pressing the mixture into a blank with the diameter phi being 40 mm under the effect of an oriented magnetic field, wherein the pressing pressure intensity is larger than or equal to 10 Mpa, and the oriented magnetic field is larger than or equal to 8000 Oe; (4) sintering the formed blank in a roller kiln at the sintering temperature is 1180-1260 DEG C, and implementing heat preservation time for 90 minutes; and (5) controlling the blank densityto be 3.0-3.2 g/cm < 3 >, wherein the density after sintering is 4.8-5.2 g/cm < 3 >. The method has the beneficial effects that the lubricant calcium stearate is adopted, the binder is an activated carbon binder, and a specific ratio is set, so that the bonding strength is changed along with the temperature, and no harmful substance is discharged.
本发明公开了一种用于永磁铁氧体干压成型的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)、称取一定量的永磁铁氧体预烧细料,按重量比例分别加入0.6%润滑剂,0.6%~10%的粘结剂;(2)、将上述配好的粉料,加入高温混合机中,搅拌混合30分钟,料粉混和均匀。(3)、将混和料在取向磁场的作用下,压制成直径Φ40mm的毛坯,压制压强≥10Mpa取向磁场≥8000Oe;(4)、将成型的毛坯,放在棍道窑内烧结;烧结温度1180℃~1260℃,保温时间90分钟;(5)、控制毛坯密度为3.0~3.2g/cm3,烧结后密度为4.8~5.2g/cm3。本发明的有益效果为:采用润滑剂硬脂酸钙,粘结剂采用活性碳粘结剂,并设置特定的配比,使粘接强度随温度变化,无有害物质排出。
