Method for preparing tetragonal BaTiO3/HA composite nanoparticles by liquid-phase rotary evaporation method
The invention discloses a method for preparing tetragonal BaTiO3/HA composite nanoparticles by a liquid-phase rotary evaporation method, wherein the method comprises the steps: step 1, preparing a BaTiO3 precursor solution by using BaCl2.2H2O and C16H36O4Ti as raw materials and ethanolamine as a reaction chelating agent; step 2, dispersing the HA nano powder into absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain an HA solution; step 3, mixing the BaTiO3 precursor solution with the HA solution to obtain a BaTiO3/HA precursor solution; step 4, carrying out rotary evaporation on the BaTiO3/HA precursor solution, carrying out centrifugal washing, and drying to obtain BaTiO3/HA precursor powder; and step 5, calcining the BaTiO3/HA precursor powder at a high temperature to obtain the tetragonal phase BaTiO3/HA composite nanoparticles. The preparation method is low in cost, simple and easy to implement, and the synthesized tetragonal BaTiO3/HA composite nanoparticles are high in performance, good in stability and suitable for large-scale production.
本发明公开了一种液相旋蒸法制备四方相BaTiO3/HA复合纳米颗粒的方法,步骤1,以BaCl2·2H2O和C16H36O4Ti为原料,以乙醇胺为反应螯合剂,制备BaTiO3前躯体溶液;步骤2,将HA纳米粉分散在无水乙醇中得到HA溶液;步骤3,将BaTiO3前躯体溶液与HA溶液混合,得到BaTiO3/HA前驱体溶液;步骤4,将BaTiO3/HA前驱体溶液旋转蒸发,离心洗涤后干燥,得到BaTiO3/HA前驱体粉末;步骤5,将BaTiO3/HA前驱体粉末高温煅烧,得到四方相BaTiO3/HA复合纳米颗粒。该制备方法成本低,简单易行,合成的四方相BaTiO3/HA复合纳米颗粒性能高,稳定性好,适合大规模生产。
