Novel soft magnetic ferrite power type sintering process
The invention discloses a novel soft magnetic ferrite power type sintering process which comprises the following steps: loading soft magnetic ferrite on a mullite tray, loading on a feeding conveying device, feeding into a preheating glue discharging device, preheating, discharging glue, feeding the glue-discharged material into a sintering kiln, sintering the material, keeping the temperature, cooling, and discharging the glue from the sintering kiln after the temperature is reduced. The double-cold-source cooling mode is adopted for cooling, height adjustment is conducted on materials, the materials are pushed to the discharging conveying device, sintering is completed, and the functions that energy is saved, waste heat is recycled, sintering is uniform, the equipment cost is saved, the rejection rate is reduced, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced are achieved.
本发明公开了一种新型软磁铁氧体功率型烧结工艺,软磁铁氧体装载在莫来石托盘上,再装载到进料输送装置上,送入预热排胶装置,进行预加热并排胶,排胶完成的物料送入烧结窑炉,对物料进行烧结、保温、降温,降温结束之后,采用双冷源的冷却方式进行冷却,对物料进行高度调整,推送到出料输送装置上,完成烧结,本发明实现了节约能源,对余热回收利用,烧结均匀,节约设备成本,减少废品率,减少工人劳动强度的功能。
