The invention discloses a railway fastener system anchoring assembly for a composite sleeper and aims to effectively improve fatigue resistance and stability of anchoring connection of the composite sleeper and a fastener and thoroughly solve technical problems that when threaded spikes are directly screwed into the sleeper in the existing anchoring connection of the composite sleeper and the fastener, the threaded spikes are easy to loosen and pull up. The assembly comprises a fastener iron base plate, an anchoring bolt and a threaded sleeve which is embedded and fixed in a combined sleeper anchoring hole, the combined sleeper anchoring hole is composed of an upper straight hole and a lower stepped hole, the threaded sleeve is composed of an upper long round rod and a lower flange plate boss corresponding to the threaded sleeve, the top face of the lower flange plate boss abuts against the top face of the lower stepped hole, and an anchoring bonding layer is arranged in an annular gap between the inner wall of the upper straight hole and the outer wall of the upper long round rod; a vertical inner hole with internal threads is formed in the upper long round rod, and after the lower portion of the anchoring bolt penetrates through the through hole in the fastener iron base plate, the external threads of the anchoring bolt and the internal threads of the vertical inner hole form anchoring connection.
