The invention relates to the field of pavement maintenance, in particular to a maintenance device for a concrete highway pavement. The maintenance device comprises a rack, a hot-water spraying device, a steam device, a walking mechanism and a protective cover. The hot-water spraying device comprises a water tank, an electric heater, a water pump, a water outlet pipe and hot-water nozzles; the steam device comprises an electric steam generator communicating with the water tank, a steam pipeline communicating with the electric steam generator and a steam nozzle communicating with the steam pipeline; and the walking mechanism comprises a motor, a driving wheel, a belt, a main shaft, a driven wheel and wheels, and further comprises a controller, a limit switch and a humidity and temperature sensor. The maintenance device can unify the temperatures of the surface and the interior of the concrete pavement through methods of heating water and spraying hot water mist, so that the situation that the surface and the interior of the pavement are inconsistent in dryness to cause cracks of the concrete pavement is avoided, the strength of the concrete pavement is improved, the service life of the concrete pavement is prolonged, and effects of the invention are achieved.
