The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction engineering equipment and particularly relates to a universal tensioning anchor beam for arch bridge cable-stayed buckling and hanging method construction. Compared with the prior art, tensioning vertical plates are welded to the two ends of a main beam, rotating shaft tensioning pedestals are arranged in vertical plate holes, and rotating shafts can vertically and freely rotate in the vertical plate holes so as to adapt to the vertical inclination of anchor cable, then an upper spherical base plate and a lower spherical base plate are arranged on the tensioning pedestal, the anchorage device abuts against the upper spherical base plate for tensioning, and the upper spherical base plate can freely rotate in the concave spherical surface of the lower spherical base plate so as to adapt to the horizontal deflection angle of the buckling anchor cable; therefore, a difficult problem that the anchor beams can only be designed and used at a time and cannot be interchanged and used universally is thoroughly solved, interchange and universality of the tensioning anchor beams are achieved, purposes of recycling and reusing and reducing construction cost are achieved, the structural design is simple and reliable, operation is convenient, the vertical inclination angle and the horizontal deflection angle of the anchor cable can be well buckled in a self-adaptive mode, and cyclic interchange and universality can be achieved; and engineering cost is effectively reduced.
本发明涉及桥梁施工工程设备技术领域,特别是一种用于拱桥斜拉扣挂法施工的万向张拉锚梁,与现有技术相比,该一种万向张拉锚梁采用在主梁两端焊接张拉立板,在立板孔内设置转轴张拉台座,转轴可在立板孔内竖向自由转动,以适应扣锚索的竖向倾角,再在张拉台座上设置上、下球形垫板,锚具顶贴在上球形垫板上进行张拉,上球形垫板可在下球形垫板的凹形球面内自由转动,以自适应扣锚索的水平偏角,因而彻底解决锚梁只能一次性设计使用、不能互换通用的棘手难题,从而实现各张拉锚梁的互换通用,达到循环重复利用降低施工成本的目的,结构设计简单可靠、操作方便,能够很好地自适应扣锚索的竖向倾角与水平偏角,能循环互换通用,有效的降低了工程成本。
