The invention relates to an intelligent maintenance structure for cantilever end concrete of a cantilever pouring bridge. The intelligent maintenance structure comprises a water storage tank, a water supply pipeline, a spraying system and an intelligent control system. The water supply pipeline is connected with the water storage tank; the spraying system comprises a spraying header pipe, a top web spraying pipeline and a box indoor spraying pipeline, the box indoor spraying pipeline is connected with a bottom plate spraying pipeline, the top web spraying pipeline is used for maintaining the outer side wall and a top plate of the beam body, and the bottom plate spraying pipeline is used for maintaining the bottom surface of the beam body; the spraying pipeline in the box chamber is used for maintaining the interior of the box chamber of the beam body; the intelligent control system comprises a water pump, a controller, a timer and a liquid level switch, the water pump is connected with the spraying header pipe, and the timer is connected with the controller and used for controlling and adjusting the working time and the intermittent time of the spraying system; the liquid level switch is used for monitoring water level in the water tank. Time periods are input into the intelligent control system, maintenance work is started and stopped on time, manual maintenance is replaced, and manpower resources are saved.
