The rail foreign matter cleaning and collecting device of the tramcar comprises a tramcar shell, a power connecting device is arranged in the tramcar shell, and the power connecting device comprises a rotating cavity; and a rotating spline shaft extending front and back and a rotating shaft located on the upper side of the rotating spline shaft are rotationally connected between the front end wall and the rear end wall of the rotating cavity, rollers are fixedly connected to the front tail end and the rear tail end of the rotating spline shaft correspondingly, and a collecting device is arranged on the right side of the power connecting device. When the device moves to the right, foreign matter and dust on a rail are removed in advance and collected, danger caused by passing of an electric vehicle is prevented, generation of dust in a city is reduced, the device is fixed to the electric vehicle, the labor intensity of manual sweeping is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the driving safety is improved, when the vehicle moves forward, the collecting device does not work only by rotating the rotary supporting rod rightwards, so that invalid work is avoided.
本发明装置的一种有轨电车的轨道异物清理收集装置，包括车辆壳体，所述车辆壳体内设有动力连接装置，所述动力连接装置包括旋转腔，所述旋转腔的前后端壁之间转动连接有前后延伸的转动花键轴以及位于所述转动花键轴上侧的转动轴，所述转动花键轴的前后末端均固定连接有滚轮，所述动力连接装置的右侧设有收集装置，本装置能够在装置向右移动时，提前清除轨道上的异物以及灰尘，并对其进行收集处理，防止电车在经过造成危险，也降低城市中的尘埃的产生，且装置固定在电车上，降低人工清扫的劳动强度，增加工作效率以及行车的安全，在车量向发方向前进时，只需将旋转支撑杆向右转动，收集装置不工作，避免无效工作。
