Energy dissipation design method for integrated flip dam of water collecting vehicle
The invention provides an energy dissipation design method for an integrated flip dam of a water collecting vehicle, and relates to an energy dissipation method, and particularly relates to an energy dissipation method for a flip dam. The flip dam comprises a waterwheel main body, an energy dissipation cushion layer, a baffle bucket main body, a steel rod, a first rivet, a second rivet and a dam body, wherein the waterwheel main body is arranged on a nose ridge of the dam body; the waterwheel main body is used for weakening water flow energy and reducing impact pressure of incident water flow on a riverbed; the baffle bucket main body is arranged at the downstream of the waterwheel main body; the energy dissipation cushion layer is arranged at the right side of the waterwheel main body; the steel rod is arranged above the baffle bucket main body; one end of the first rivet is welded on the steel rod, and the other end of the first rivet is fixedly arranged on the horizontal plane of the baffle bucket main body; and one end of the second rivet is welded on the steel rod, and the other end of the second rivet is fixedly arranged on the vertical plane of the baffle bucket main body. According to the flip dam, water flow kinetic energy is reduced by utilizing a waterwheel and is converted into waterwheel mechanical energy, so that noises are reduced, and safety of the dam body is protected; and meanwhile, integrated energy dissipation design of the energy dissipation cushion layer is utilized, so that flowing energy of discharged water is reduced, and scouring of water flow on the downstream is effectively reduced.
