The invention discloses a torque transmission component connected by utilizing a swing gear and a needle gear. The torque transmission component comprises fixing seats, and is characterized in that deicing rollers are uniformly arranged between the two fixing seats, wherein containing grooves are correspondingly formed in the two sides of the deicing rollers; swing gear cutter sets are hinged to the interiors of the containing grooves; one side of each swing gear cutter set is an arc-shaped edge; the needle gear is arranged in the middle of the deicing rollers; the needle gear is connected with an external torque; inner tooth surfaces are arranged on the inner sides of the swing gear cutter sets; the inner tooth surfaces are meshed with the needle gear; a middle ball is arranged in the middle of the deicing rollers; springs are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the middle ball; one end of each spring is connected with a steel ball; the needle gear is of a hollow structure; a concave surface bearing is arranged on the inner wall of the needle gear; the concave surface bearing is in contact with the steel balls; and an anti-seepage ring is fixed to one side of the deicing rollers through bonding. The torque transmission component has the characteristic of being long in service life.
