The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy projects, and discloses a crack filling grouting machine for a water conservancy project. The machine comprises a charging barrel, wherein a feeding pipe is fixedly arranged at the top end of the charging barrel, a piston rod is movably sleeved with one end of the charging barrel, and a flange is fixedly arranged outside the other end of the charging barrel. According to the machine, a soft capsule ball is adopted as a marble structure, the reversible deformation characteristic of a soft film on the surface of the soft capsule ball and flowing of oil liquid in an inner cavity of the soft capsule ball are utilized, when high-pressure pulped liquid impacts the surface of the soft capsule ball, the surface of the soft capsule ball only elastically deforms, erosive wear of the surface of the soft capsule ball is avoided, and then recession of the marble surface is avoided. A gap is formed at the edge of an opening of the charging barrel to make the pulped liquid flow back, by adopting a magnetic ring sleeve and the magnetic sleeve shell in specific shapes and utilizing mutual repulsive force between the magnetic ring sleeve and the magnetic sleeve shell, the soft capsule ball structure can be fixed at one position to play a blocking role, in addition, due to the fact that the inner side of the magnetic ring sleeve is in a semi-arc shape, the soft capsule ball makes face-to-face contact with the edge, and the contact fatigue wear degree can be effectively reduced.
