The invention discloses a positioning method for embedded foundation bolts of ultra-large equipment. The positioning method comprises the steps that a placement platform is erected in the center of a to-be-mounted area of the ultra-large equipment; a measuring and positioning instrument is erected on the placement platform, the center point is determined through the measuring and positioning instrument, and the position where a positioning mold needs to be mounted is determined with the center point as the datum; the positioning mold comprises a plurality of independent sub-molds provided with positioning holes; according to the position determined by the measuring and positioning instrument, the sub-molds are mounted in a staggered mode; during mounting, every two adjacent sub-molds are partially overlapped, and at least two positioning holes coincide; and the number of the positioning holes corresponds to that of the foundation bolts, the foundation bolts are perpendicularly inserted into the positioning holes from bottom to top, and the foundation bolts are positioned and mounted on the positioning mold. According to the positioning method for the embedded foundation bolts of the ultra-large equipment, the sectional type mold is utilized, transportation and manufacturing of the mold can be facilitated, rapid assembling and disassembling on a construction site are also facilitated, and manpower, material resources and financial resources are saved.
本发明公开了一种超大型设备的预埋地脚螺栓的定位方法,包括在超大型设备待安装区域的中心位置架设放置平台;在放置平台上架设测量定位仪器,用测量定位仪器确定中心点,以中心点为基准确定定位模具应当安装的位置;定位模具包括若干段独立的设有定位孔的子模具;按照测量定位仪器确定的位置,错序安装每段子模具;在安装时,相邻两段子模具部分重叠且至少具有两个定位孔重合;定位孔与地脚螺栓的数量对应,地脚螺栓从下往上垂直插入定位孔中,将地脚螺栓在定位模具上定位并安装。这种超大型设备的预埋地脚螺栓的定位方法利用分段式的模具,既能方便模具的运输和制造,也方便地在施工现场快速组装和拆卸,节省人力物力财力。
