The pile foundation hole forming quality detection device comprises a detection probe and a bottom plate erected above a pile hole, wherein a supporting plate is arranged on the bottom plate; a leveling device used for adjusting the supporting plate to be in a horizontal state is arranged between the bottom plate and the supporting plate; a support is further arranged on the supporting plate; a winding roller is rotationally connected to the support; a cable is wound around the winding roller and connected to the top of the detection probe; a motor used for driving the winding roller to rotate is arranged on the support; the cable is sleeved with a fixing block; two casing pipes are oppositely and fixedly arranged on the outer edge of the fixing block; stabilizing rods partially extending out of the casing pipes are arranged in the casing pipes in a penetrating manner; the ends, away from the casing pipes, of the stabilizing rods are rotationally connected with wheels; and the ends, away from the wheels, of the stabilizing rods are connected to the fixing block through springs.
