The invention relates to the technical field of condensate water recycling methods, in particular to a flue gas condensate water recycling method and recycling system. The flue gas condensate water recycling method comprises the following steps that flue gas condensate water parameters of a flue gas condensate water recycling pipeline are obtained; whether the flue gas condensate water parameters reach a preset value or not is judged; if the flue gas condensate water parameters reach the preset value, a first valve on a recycling pipeline is controlled to be opened, a second valve on a water inlet pipeline of a water using device is controlled to be in a closed state, and water is supplied to the water using device through the recovery pipeline; and if the flue gas condensate water parameters do not reach the preset value, the first valve and the second valve are controlled to be opened, and water is supplied to the water using device through the recycling pipeline and the water inlet pipeline. By means of the flue gas condensate water recycling method, flue gas condensate water is recycled, and waste of water resources is reduced.
