The invention discloses a connecting structure and a connecting method for a prefabricated part and a building main body. The connecting structure comprises a prefabricated wall body and the building main body, wherein a plurality of first circular holes are fixedly formed in the upper end and the lower end of the prefabricated wall body; a blocking column is fixedly arranged on the middle part of the prefabricated wall body; a plurality of built-in bolts are fixedly arranged at the upper end of the prefabricated wall body; a first groove is formed in the lower end of the prefabricated wall body; and a plurality of second grooves are formed inside the two sides of the first groove. The connecting structure has the beneficial effects that: the prefabricated wall body can be moved to a position above the building main body, and the prefabricated wall body and the building main body are connected together by aligning the blocking column with a blocking slot, aligning each first circular hole of a first reinforcing steel bar with the first groove and aligning a first bump with the first groove, so that the effects of being simple in structure, low in construction difficulty, greatly improved in working efficiency, shortened in construction period and convenient to mount are realized; and the first bump, a second bump and a third bump are arranged, so that firmness after mounting is realized, and therefore, follow-up construction is convenient.
