Pseudo-classic architecture roof and construction process thereof
The invention discloses a pseudo-classic architecture roof and a construction process thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of pseudo-classic architecture construction. The pseudo-classic architecture roof comprises a house frame and a house foundation frame, wherein tiles are arranged at the top end of the house foundation frame and are made of molds; the tiles comprise a plurality of arch-shaped structures which are linearly distributed; and a step structure is arranged between each two adjacent arch-shaped structures. The invention further discloses the construction process of the pseudo-classic architecture roof. The construction process comprises the following five steps: mold manufacturing, tile manufacturing, roof foundation manufacturing, tile mounting and fixing, and inspection and delivery. The pseudo-classic architecture roof is copied on site, the molds are manufactured according to an original shape, the tiles are made of a new glass fiber reinforced plastic material through the molds, the pseudo-classic architecture roof is the same as an original pseudo-classic architecture roof after being formed, the tiles are of a structural design of integrally forming the arches and the steps between the arches, and the pseudo-classic architecture roof is heat-insulating and cold-resistant, high in wind load resistance, rain resistance and snow load resistance, durable in use and long in service life.
