The invention is applicable to the field of buildings, and provides a brick carrying device for building construction. The brick carrying device comprises a bottom plate, wherein supporting blocks are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the bottom plate; universal rollers are mounted at the bottoms of the supporting blocks; a control box is mounted above the bottom plate; a push rod is mounted on the side part of the control box; a grip is mounted on the push rod; an anti-collision device is mounted inside the control box; a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate are mounted at the top of the control box; and a storage box is placed at the top of the control box and between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate. According to the brick carrying device, the anti-collision device is additionally arranged, so that when a cart collides with a brick pile, a protective plate at the top can be automatically unfolded to shield the storage box, and bricks are protected; and the protective plate can be automatically retracted after being unfolded for a period of time, and the bricks can be continuously stored in the storage box without manual operation, so that the brick carrying device is convenient and safe.
