The device comprises a left reinforcing unit and a right reinforcing unit; each reinforcing unit comprises a semi-annular holding plate with the axis extending in the vertical direction and at least two fixed columns extending in the vertical direction, the upper end of each fixed column is fixed to the protruding side of the holding plate, an inner cavity extending in the vertical direction is formed in each fixed column, a nail tightening column is vertically and movably installed in each inner cavity in a penetrating mode, and the vertical length of each nail tightening column is larger than that of the corresponding fixed column; and the holding plates of the two reinforcing units correspondingly enclose to form a circular ring shape, and the end parts, at the enclosing position, of the two corresponding holding plates are connected through a connecting mechanism. According to the device, a telegraph pole can be effectively reinforced, the occupied area is small, the surrounding environment of the telegraph pole is not affected, meanwhile, the device is light in structure, convenient and rapid to install and very convenient to carry and transport, and thus a large number of manpower and material resources are saved on, and the cost is low.
