Method for quickly repairing cracks of prestressed concrete pole
Provided is a method for quickly repairing cracks of a prestressed concrete pole. The method includes the steps that for the cracks with the width greater than 0.05 mm on the surface of the electric pole, lime sand on the surface of the electric pole is cleaned and washed with water; a groove is chiseled along the cracks, a steel wire brush is used for cleaning, the groove is internally coated with a layer of an MA type cement modifier, then concrete pole repairing putty is used for embedding the groove, and strickling and curing are conducted; the concrete pole repairing putty is prepared from the following components by weight: quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement, Portland cement, the MA type cement modifier, fly ash, 200-mesh quartz sand, a polycarboxyl water reducer, redispersible latex powder, an antifoaming agent, and water; after the concrete pole repairing putty is solidified, polishing is conducted; and integrally coating is conducted the surface of the concrete pole with a concrete color difference repairing agent to finish repairing. The method for quickly repairing the cracks of the prestressed concrete pole has the advantages that the method has a good repairing effect on the electric pole with loose and exposed sand on the surface and stripped concrete, the curing time is short, the fluidity of the concrete is good, the surface is smoother after the concrete is cured, surface defects are few, and construction is convenient and rapid.
一种预应力混凝土电杆裂缝的快速修补方法,电杆表面宽度>0.05mm的裂缝,先将电杆表面的灰砂进行清理,并用水冲洗;沿缝凿槽,用钢丝刷清理,在凹槽内涂一层用MA型水泥改性剂,然后用混凝土电杆修补腻子嵌实凹槽并刮平,固化;所述混凝土电杆修补腻子按重量组成如下:快硬硫铝酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥、MA型水泥改性剂、粉煤灰、200目石英砂、聚羧基减水剂、可再分散乳胶粉、消泡剂和水;待混凝土电杆修补腻子固化后,打磨;采用混凝土色差修复剂在混凝土电杆表面整体涂装,完成修补。优点是:该方法对表面疏松露砂及混凝土剥落的电杆修补效果好,固化时间短,混凝土的流动性好,混凝土固化后表面更加平整,表面缺陷少,施工方便快捷。
