The invention discloses a grouting treatment method for concrete roof cracks. The grouting treatment method comprises the following steps of S1, accurately finding out the position of a crack; S2, slotting a small-scale crack; S3, treating the slotted roof crack; S4, carrying out crack pouring treatment; S5, carrying out maintenance after pouring and preventing cracking after grouting; and S6, carrying out a 48-hour water closing test on a roof after treatment, if leakage occurs, carrying out the steps S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5 again, and carrying out the next flexible waterproof process under the leakage-free condition. According to the method, the position of the crack can be rapidly detected through infrared rays, it is guaranteed that the crack is completely repaired in the concrete roof crack treatment process through the combined action of the grouting material, water and the plugging agent, then the concrete roof surface crack treatment level and quality are improved, and therefore the purpose of water leakage prevention is achieved.
