The invention provides a corridor transformation structure method for crossed stairs. The crossed stairs are transformed; an elevator side is additionally provided for dismounting a stair section and a half-amplitude middle platform; and entrance platforms are horizontally connected by a corridor, and are as high as the bottom of an elevator door, arranged on the corridor side, of an elevator to realize horizontal passing of the elevator in and out of houses. Stairs on the other side of the corridor and the half-amplitude middle platform are remained and reinforced to guarantee the structure safety, and are connected with upper and lower layers as emergency evacuation passages. The corridor transformation structure method can realize elevator to home by additionally arranging the elevator on the crossed stairs, and is simple in structure, convenient for transformation and short in construction time.
本发明提供了一种交叉楼梯的楼道改造结构方法，将交叉楼梯进行改造，增设电梯侧拆除梯段与半幅中间平台，将入户平台间用连廊水平连接，和电梯设置在连廊侧的电梯门底高度一致，实现从电梯进出住宅水平通行。楼道另一侧的梯级和半幅中间平台保留并经加固保证结构安全，连接上下层，做应急疏散通道使用。该方案可以实现交叉式楼梯增设电梯实现平层入户，结构简单，改造方便，施工时间短。
