The supporting part comprises a base body, a movable screw rod, a nested fan blade, a heat conduction part, and a limiting part; the movable screw rod is installed at the middle end of the base body in a threaded mode; a nested part is installed at the tail end of the movable screw rod in a nested mode; a containing groove is formed in the inner side of the base body; and a movable part is mounted at the inner side of the containing groove in a nested mode.
