The invention discloses a simulation calibration device of a laser flatness instrument. The device comprises a chassis, a road surface simulation platform, two mutually parallel longitudinal supporting plates and supporting plate brackets, two groups of transverse sliding rails are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the chassis, and the supporting plate bracket capable of sliding is arranged on the transverse sliding rails; the two longitudinal supporting plates which are parallel to each other are respectively arranged on the supporting plate brackets on the left side and the right side; the pavement simulation platform is arranged on the chassis and is positioned between the two longitudinal supporting plates; and a plurality of lifting columns are embedded in the pavement simulation platform. By adjusting the ascending and descending number of the lifting columns on the pavement simulation platform, the device can simulate various pavements with different flatness for testing, the accuracy of a calibration result is improved, vibration is applied to a detection vehicle through a vibration exciter, bumping and vibration generated when the detection vehicle runs on a road are simulated, and the real use environment of the laser flatness instrument is perfectly restored, so that the calibration precision is improved. In-situ calibration work of the laser flatness instrument is achieved, the defects in the prior art are overcome, and the accuracy and efficiency of the calibration work are greatly improved.
