Assembled pier and construction process thereof
The invention aims to provide an assembled pier and a construction process thereof. The assembled pier comprises a pier stud, the bottom of the pier stud is installed on a bearing platform, the top of the pier stud is provided with a pre-buried support bolt hole and a lifting ring, the bottom of the pier stud is provided with a grouting sleeve, and a height adjusting base plate is arranged in the center of the bearing platform; embedded steel bars of the bearing platform are fixed by adopting a customized embedded steel bar positioning mould in the bearing platform, and a 50cm slurry blocking protective plate is arranged on the outer side of the bearing platform. The pier column manufacturing process sequentially comprises the steps of sleeve positioning installation, grouting sleeve installation, pier column steel bar manufacturing installation, formwork installation, embedded part installation, concrete pouring, pier column ex-factory cleaning inspection and transportation (construction of a cast-in-place platform is conducted while a pier column is manufactured). The pier stud installation sequentially comprises the steps of hoisting preparation, trial hoisting, support displacement, formal hoisting in place of the pier stud, sleeve grouting and pier stud maintenance. By prefabricating and assembling all parts of the bridge, the construction period is greatly shortened, the influence of construction on the surrounding environment is reduced, the standardization degree of construction is improved, the engineering quality is guaranteed, and high long-term social benefits are brought.
本发明旨在提供一种装配式桥墩及其施工工艺，装配式桥墩包括墩柱，所述墩柱底部安装在承台上，墩柱的顶部设置有预埋支座螺栓孔及吊环，墩柱的底部设置有灌浆套筒，所述承台上中心位置设有调高垫板，内部设有采用定制预埋钢筋定位胎具固定承台预埋钢筋，外侧设有50cm挡浆护板。墩柱制作流程依次包括套筒定位安装、灌浆套筒安装、墩柱钢筋制作安装、模板安装、预埋件安装、混凝土浇筑、墩柱出厂清理检查及运输(墩柱制作的同时进行现浇平台的施工)；墩柱安装依次包括吊装准备、试吊装、支座移位、墩柱正式吊装就位、套筒灌浆压浆、墩柱养护。通过对桥梁各部件进行预制拼装施工，极大地节省了工期、减少了施工对周边环境的影响、提高了施工的标准化程度、保证了工程质量，带来了较高的长期社会效益。
