The lifting column body is provided with a longitudinally-arranged sliding hole, and the sliding column is in longitudinal sliding fit with the sliding hole. The driving mechanism is installed on the lifting column body and used for driving the sliding column to ascend or descend. The cleaning mechanism is installed in the annular cleaning cavity, the cleaning mechanism is rotatably connected with the annular cleaning cavity, and the cleaning mechanism is used for cleaning the sliding column located in the annular cleaning cavity; the auxiliary cleaning mechanism is movably matched in the annular sliding cavity and used for cleaning the cleaning mechanism; the two auxiliary lifting mechanisms are both installed in the lifting column body and connected with the auxiliary cleaning mechanism.
