The invention discloses a flood discharge structure, and relates to the field of high dam flood discharge. The flood discharge structure aims to reduce harm caused by high dam flood discharge. The horizontal plane of the lower end of a flood discharge tunnel is connected with the upper surface of a first-stage flow guide plate, the two sides of the first-stage flow guide plate are connected with and seal the two banks of a plunge pool correspondingly, the first-stage flow guide plate is provided with holes, 80%-90% of flood discharge water flows to the plunge pool from the holes, and the tail end of the first-stage flow guide plate is horizontal; a drainage dam is provided with two rows of water outlet holes, the water outlet holes are rectangular holes, the lower water outlet hole is called as a drainage hole, the upper water outlet hole is called as a flow guide hole, the outlet area of the flow guide hole is 10%-20% of that of the drainage hole, the width of the flow guide hole in the horizontal direction is 1.5 to 2.0 times that of the drainage hole in the horizontal direction, and the central axes of the flow guide hole and the drainage hole coincide; the lower end horizontal plane of the flow guide hole is connected with the upper surface of a second-stage guide plate; and the lower surface of the tail end of the second-stage guide plate coincides with the upper surface of the drainage hole. The impact effect on the plunge pool is weakened; and the generation and overflow of flood discharge fog are reduced.
