The present invention discloses an odor-resistant and leakage-proof distance-adjustable closestool. A toilet pit and a water tank communicated with the toilet pit are arranged at the upper end of the toilet bowl, a cavity with holes completely hollowed out is formed in the lower end of the toilet bowl, an odor-resistant elbow located in the cavity is integrally arranged at the lower end of the toilet pit, and a water outlet pipe is integrally connected to the tail end of the odor-resistant elbow. The tail end of the water outlet pipe is connected with a telescopic hose, and the other end of the telescopic hose is fixedly connected with a ground embedded PVC pipe installed in a toilet. The completely hollow cavity is formed in the bottom of the closestool, meanwhile, the terminal of the closestool water outlet pipe is in a suspended state, the telescopic hose can be used for being connected between the closestool water outlet pipe and the pre-buried PVC pipe, and therefore the installation position and distance of the closestool can be adjusted within a certain range through telescopic adjustment of the telescopic hose, the installation of the closestool better conforms to the mind of a user; and hoops are mounted at the joints of the telescopic hose and the water outlet pipe as well as the joints of the telescopic hose and the ground embedded PVC pipe, so that the joints are connected more tightly, and good leakage-proof and odor-resistant effects are achieved.
