The invention discloses a fabricated wood structure energy-saving house. The fabricated wood structure energy-saving house comprises one or more cross beams and one or more plates, wherein the plates are arranged on the two sides of the cross beams correspondingly; except the cross beam at the uppermost end, the top faces of the remaining cross beams are each provided with one or more positioning holes; the opposite faces of the plates further protrude outwards to form fixing parts; positioning blocks are formed in the positions, right facing the positioning holes, of the bottom faces of the fixing parts; the lower ends of the positioning blocks are inserted into the positioning holes; the top face of the cross beam at the uppermost end protrudes upwards to form a mounting part; pressing plates are mounted on the two sides of the mounting part through hinges; and the bottom faces of the pressing plates abut against the top face of the plate at the uppermost end. The fabricated wood structure energy-saving house is simple in structure, the pressing plates and the plates can be lifted, and thus the plates are directly dismounted; and through positioning between concave parts and convex parts, positioning between the positioning blocks and the positioning holes, pressing of the pressing plates and supporting of H-shaped steel, the firmness of the fixed plates can be improved, and deformation is not liable to occur.
