Through the arrangement of the detachable protection mechanisms, a steel cable on the safety locks can be shielded, and the situation that a constructor touches the steel cable and hurt the body of the constructor and the steel cable and the safety lock are clamped by a foreign matter is prevented; and through the arrangement of the pedal mechanism, the pedal mechanism can be pulled out when a constructor needs to enter a room through a window, the constructor can enter the room conveniently, and a certain guarantee is provided for safety of the constructor.
