The device comprises a base fixed on a parapet wall, a vertical frame arranged on the base, and a pulley rotationally hoisted on the vertical frame; the base comprises a fixing frame, an adjusting push plate and a fastening bolt; the bottom of a horizontal plate part of the fixing frame abuts against the top surface of the parapet wall, a left vertical plate part of the fixing frame is connected to the bottom of the left side of the horizontal plate part, the right side face of the left vertical plate part abuts against the outer side face of the parapet wall, and a right vertical plate part of the fixing frame is connected to the bottom of the right end of the horizontal plate part; the adjusting push plate is movably arranged at the bottom of the horizontal plate part and located between the left vertical plate part and the right vertical plate part; and the fastening bolt is in threaded connection with the right vertical plate part, and a screw rod of the fastening bolt abuts against the right side face of the adjusting push plate. According to the hoisting protection device suitable for the building outer wall operation, friction between a hoisting rope and the parapet wall can be avoided, and safety is high.
