High-bearing-capacity door lock
The invention discloses a high-bearing-capacity door lock which comprises a plastic lock shell and a spring bolt stretching out and drawing back inside the plastic lock shell. A reinforced lining plate is mounted between the spring bolt and the plastic lock shell. One end of the reinforced lining plate is fixed to the plastic shell, and the other end of the reinforced lining plate is bent towards one side of the spring bolt to form a bent part. A shuttling hole for the spring bolt to stretch out and draw back is formed in the bent part, and the two ends of the bent part are both fixed to the side face of the plastic lock shell. When a door locked through the door lock is subjected to large impact force, the reinforced lining plate blocks the impact of the spring bolt on the plastic lock shell, the plastic lock shell is better protected, and the plastic lock shell is prevented from being damaged by the impact force. The lock shell is made of a plastic material instead of a traditional metal material, so that the load bearing of the door lock can be ensured, the safety performance of the door lock is improved, the manufacturing cost of the lock shell can also be reduced, the lock shell is convenient to produce and manufacture, and the weight of the door lock is reduced.
