A first escape window is arranged on an inner-layer guardrail or window; at least two groups of rotating shaft devices are arranged on a lower frame of an outer-layer guardrail or window and are fixedly connected with a lower wall body; at least two groups of inclined pulling devices are arranged on an upper frame of the outer-layer guardrail or window and are connected with a fixing element; the fixing element is fixedly connected with an upper wall body; a telescopic pin is respectively arranged on a left frame and a right frame of the outer-layer guardrail or window; the tail parts of the left telescopic pin and the right telescopic pin are provided with mutual connecting elements; telescopic pin cavities are arranged in wall body positions corresponding to the left telescopic pin and the right telescopic pin; an elastic element is respectively arranged between the left frame and the inner guardrail or window and between the right frame and the inner guardrail or window; a ladder is arranged on the elastic elements; the upper end of the ladder is provided with a safety hook; a second safety steel wire rope is arranged on the ladder and is connected with the ladder; a hook is arranged on the second safety steel wire rope; a first safety steel wire rope is arranged on the hook and is connected with the hook; and a second escape window is arranged on the first safety steel wire rope.
