The invention provides a mold for manufacturing a co-extrusion wood-plastic material and a product of the co-extrusion wood-plastic material so as to obtain the wood-plastic material with better performance and higher strength and toughness. The mold is provided with a support plate, a confluence plate, a first opening mold and a second opening mold, the support plate is connected with the confluence plate, and the confluence plate is connected with the second opening mold through the first opening mold; a co-extruder joint is arranged on the confluence plate and is connected with a co-extrusion runner, and the co-extrusion runner points to a core rod hole. The produced product has multiple layers at least including an outer wood-plastic layer and an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene layer at the core.
