Hydrophobically-modified boehmite coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a hydrophobically-modified boehmite coating and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of modified materials. The invention mainly aims to overcome the problems that a traditional hydrophobic coating is high in cost, complex in preparation process, poisonous and harmful in fluorine containing, poor in stability and the like. According to the preparation method, boehmite (with a particle size of 4-8 microns) is modified by straight-chain fatty acid to prepare the self-cleaning hydrophobic coating; and the hydrophobic coating comprises modified boehmite particles and a binder, wherein the mass ratio of epoxy resin to ethylenediamine in the binder is (5-6): 1, and the mass ratio of the binder to the modified boehmite particles is (10-15): 1. According to the invention, the boehmite particles form a deposition layer by utilizing a deposition principle and are assembled with an epoxy resin coating; the provided hydrophobic coating has the advantages of good hydrophobic performance, high self-cleaning performance, good stability, environmental friendliness and the like; and the preparation method is simple and easy to implement, high in practical value and good in application prospects.
一种疏水改性勃姆石涂层及其制备方法,属于改性材料技术领域。本发明主要解决传统疏水涂层成本高昂、制备工艺复杂、含氟有毒有害以及稳定性较差等问题。本发明利用直链脂肪酸对勃姆石(粒径4~8微米)进行了改性,制备了自清洁疏水涂层,疏水涂层包括改性勃姆石颗粒以及粘结剂,所述粘结剂中环氧树脂与乙二胺的质量比为(5~6):1;所述粘结剂与所述改性勃姆石颗粒的质量比为(10~15):1。本发明利用沉积原理使勃姆石颗粒形成沉积层并与环氧树脂涂层组装,提供的疏水涂层具有疏水性能好、自清洁性能高、稳定性好以及环境友好等优点,制备方法简单易行,实用价值高,应用前景好。
