Preparation method of fireproof coating and fireproof wall
The invention provides a preparation method of a fireproof coating and a fireproof wall. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing calcium sulfate whiskers by utilizing industrial wastewater and a microwave heating method, mixing the industrial wastewater with a calcium chloride solution in a container, heating by using the microwave heating method to generate white calcium sulfate seed crystals at the bottom of the container, washing the calcium sulfate seed crystals by using distilled water to obtain calcium sulfate slurry, pouring sodium hypophosphite and distilled water into the container, heating by using the microwave heating method, finally pouring the liquid in the container on the surface of nylon, collecting the liquid passing through the nylon, and drying to obtain the calcium sulfate whiskers; and adding the calcium sulfate whiskers into the coating to obtain the fireproof coating, coating the fireproof coating on the surface of the wall, and forming a fireproof coating on the surface of the wall after the fireproof coating is solidified, thereby obtaining the fireproof wall. The microwave heating method is mainly utilized in the invention, so that the preparation method has the advantages of high heating speed, easily controlled heating process, high efficiency, simplicity in operation and the like, and the calcium sulfate whiskers can be prepared more efficiently.
本发明提供一种防火涂料的制作方法及防火墙体,利用工业废水及微波加热法来制造硫酸钙晶须,将工业废水与氯化钙溶液放在容器中混合,再用微波加热法加热,使得容器底部产生白色的硫酸钙晶种,接着用蒸馏水对硫酸钙晶种进行洗涤后得到一硫酸钙浆液,接着将次磷酸钠及蒸馏水倒入容器中,再以微波加热法进行加热,最后将容器内的液体倒在尼龙表面,收集通过尼龙的液体并进行烘干得到硫酸钙晶须。接着再将硫酸钙晶须加入涂料中得到防火涂料,防火涂料涂在墙体表面,当防火涂料凝固后会在墙体表面形成防火涂层而得到防火墙体。本创作主要利用微波加热法具有加热速度快、加热过程易于控制、效率高、操作简单等优点,可更有效率的制造出所述硫酸钙晶须。
